At Leigh Way Beauty, we prioritize creating a clean, safe, professional, and relaxing environment for every client. We kindly request all guests to adhere to the following studio policies to ensure a positive experience.

Client Eligibility & Age Requirements

At Leigh Way Beauty, all waxing and permanent makeup services are exclusively available to clients 18 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to verify age prior to receiving services. Please note that parental or guardian consent does not override this age requirement. To maintain our professional standards, Leigh Way Beauty reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments if age eligibility cannot be verified.

Respectful Environment

We ensure a professional, judgment-free environment at Leigh Way Beauty. Harassment, inappropriate conduct, discriminatory behavior, or disrespect toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.

Health & Hygiene Requirements

Clients are expected to arrive with appropriate personal hygiene and to disclose any relevant medical conditions, skin sensitivities, infections, or contraindications that may affect treatment safety. If necessary, services may be postponed to protect the health and well-being of both clients and staff, aligning with our hygiene requirements.

Pets & Service Animals

Leigh Way Beauty operates within a shared salon-suite facility, and to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, pets are not permitted inside the studio. However, service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable federal and Florida laws. Building management requests that service animals display an identification tag or that handlers have identification readily available; however, such identification is not required by law and will not be a condition of entry.

Service animals must be housebroken and remain under their handler's control at all times. Animals must be leashed, harnessed, or otherwise tethered unless doing so interferes with their duties or if the handler's disability prevents it. If a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective corrective action, or if the animal is not housebroken, removal may be requested. The client will still be offered the opportunity to receive services without the animal present.

Right to Refuse Service

Leigh Way Beauty reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule services when necessary due to legitimate health, safety, sanitation, or professional reasons. This includes threatening or inappropriate behavior, failure to follow studio policies, or conditions that may make a procedure unsafe. All decisions will be made in accordance with applicable laws and without unlawful discrimination.
