Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

At Leigh Way Beauty, we value your time and appreciate your consideration of ours. To ensure a smooth scheduling experience for all clients, we enforce the following cancellation policy, late arrival guidelines, and no-show policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Procedure

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notifications may be made by phone call, text message, or email.

Late Arrival

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will have their appointment canceled and will need to rebook for another day.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-call/no-show. After three (3) no-call/no-show occurrences, the client will be permanently blocked from booking future appointments with Leigh Way Beauty.
